How to unlock BetterSleep' Premium features and content while staying at a Sleep Inn hotel

Guests at Sleep Inn hotels can now enjoy the full content of our BetterSleep app for the duration of their stay!

Are you a guest at one of the participating Sleep Inn hotels?

  • Queensbury, NY

  • State College, PA

  • Naperville, IL  

New to the app?

If you’re a guest at one of our participating Sleep Inn locations, please visit the following page to unlock this special offer: https://www.relaxmelodies.com/sleepinn

Type in your name and email, then tap Redeem your free access. Once it's done, tap Download the app to redeem the access. 

It’s very important to tap this button, as it will lead you to download our app from the Store. When the app launches, it will prompt a dialog asking for geolocation permission. Allow BetterSleep to access your location and enjoy our Premium content!

Accessing your location will allow the app to validate that you are staying in one of our participating Sleep Inn hotels. As our app does not require geolocation when used in background, you can allow BetterSleep to use your location only when using the app. 

Already using the app?

If you already have our BetterSleep app on your device, go to the Already have the app? section of the page. Tap on click here link. It will either:

  • Send you to the App Store or Google Play store to help you get the newest version of the app if you don’t already have it.

  • Send you directly to the app and ask you to access your location if you have the latest version of the app.

Can’t unlock the content?

If you do not receive the prompted geolocation message, make sure that you are using the latest version of our app (10.2 or higher). You can tap here to update our app to its latest version. Once updated, tap here.
