To reset your password in our mobile app:

  • Tap on More

  • Tap on Settings

  • Tap on Account Parameters

  • Tap on Edit My Password

  • You will then receive an email with instructions to complete the process.

To reset your password on our web app from any computer or laptop device, please visit:
From there, tap on Login at the top right corner of your screen. Select Forgot My Password at the bottom of the page. Instructions will be sent to the email associated with your BetterSleep account.
