All transactions made on Android are tied to your Google account (or Amazon if you downloaded the app from Amazon Appstore). This means that you can restore your BetterSleep Premium content on any Android-powered device as long as you use the same account.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play Store:

  1. Close BetterSleep from the App Manager (may be called Apps on some devices)

  2. Go to your device Settings

  3. Tap Accounts

  4. Tap Google

  5. Make sure you're using the correct account

  6. Go to device Settings

  7. Go to Account section

  8. Select your Google account

  9. Synchronize the account

  10. Open the app

Your Premium subscription should kick back in. If the app does not restore your paid content right away, restart the app and your device. If this doesn't help:

  1. Go to your device Settings

  2. Open App Manager

  3. Select BetterSleep

  4. Select Force Stop to close the app

  5. Force stop Google Play Store as well

  6. Reopen Google Play Store

  7. Reopen BetterSleep

In case the app does not restore your purchase, try clearing the app cache and data.
Note that this will erase your favorites, so we suggest writing them down or creating a backup.

  1. Go to your device Settings

  2. Open App Manager (may be called Apps on some devices)

  3. Select our app

  4. Select Storage (it may be located in a different place depending on your device)

  5. Delete the Data and Cache

  6. Go back to the App Manager

  7. Select Google Play Store

  8. Delete Google Play Store app data and cache

  9. Restart your device

  10. Open Google Play Store

  11. Search for BetterSleep & open the app

This should restore your Premium access.

If you downloaded the app from Amazon Appstore, do the following:

  1. Close our app from the App Manager

  2. Go to your device Settings

  3. Tap My account

  4. Make sure you're using the right account

If the app does not restore your paid content right away, restart the app and the device.

If the app fails to restore your purchase, try clearing the app cache and data.

  1. On your Kindle, go to Settings

  2. Open Apps and Games

  3. Tap Manage Apps

  4. Swipe left twice to access all apps

  5. Scroll down to find our app

  6. Delete the Data and Cache

  7. Scroll down to find Appstore

  8. Delete the Data and Cache

  9. Restart your device

  10. Open Appstore

  11. Search for BetterSleep & open the app

Your Premium subscription should automatically kick back in.
