Apple uses the Apple ID and iCloud account to manage in-app purchases. All transactions are bound to your Apple ID, so you can restore them easily. iCloud is also used to manage subscription cycles and expirations.

We recommend using the same email account for both your Apple ID account and your iCloud account to restore purchases easily on any iOS device.

To restore your subscription:

  1. Open the Relax Melodies: Sleep Sounds app and tap More

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Restore subscription

  4. Type your password if needed

can access it following these steps:

  1. Open the Relax Melodies: Sleep Sounds app and tap More

  2. Tap the Go Premium banner on top

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen

  4. Tap Restore Subscription

  5. Enter your password if needed

These steps should restore your past purchases.

If this doesn't work, try logging out of your Apple ID and logging back in.

If logging back in doesn't help, then we highly recommend creating a Relax Melodies: Sleep Sounds account to save your mixes and data and restore them easily.

You can create an account in More/My Profile by tapping the Register button.

Sometimes, restoring purchases requires to uninstall and reinstall the app to make sure no corrupted data would conflict with your purchases. After reinstalling, check if you're logged in to the right account on your device:

  1. Go to your device Settings

  2. For iOS 10 and above, enter your name on top

  3. Scroll down to App and iTunes Stores

  4. Verify the Apple ID is the one you used to purchase content. You can verify your iTunes purchase history on your PC/Mac. Go to this page for more information.

As purchases are tied to the Apple ID, you won't be able to restore purchased content if you're logged in to a different account. Once you're connected to the right account, do the following:

  1. Search for the Relax Melodies: Sleep Sounds app on the App Store

  2. Download the correct version (you should see a small cloud icon next to the app)
    NOTE: If the cloud icon is not there, this means the Apple ID you're using did not download the app before

  3. Your purchases should automatically restore after you reboot the app
