The discount link is not offering me a discount in the app. What do I do?

This discount is only available on the BetterSleep website and not in the app or in the app store. To ensure that you are opening the link through our website, please try the following options to redeem the offer:

  • Open the link with a desktop computer using a web browser; we recommend using Google Chrome.

  • Open the link within your email on your phone by tapping and holding the link until a list of options appears. Select the option "Open in New Tab".

  • Open the email through an email application such as the Gmail app and tap the link.

When I follow the link to the promotion, I'm logged in as someone else.

This can happen if you are following a link that was emailed/linked to a different BetterSleep user. Please only use links addressed to your account. If you don’t have your own, contact us for our available offers.

Can I purchase the yearly promotion to extend my current yearly subscription?

Our discount on a yearly subscription is designed for BetterSleep users who do not already have a subscription (New subscriptions). Purchasing this offer will not extend your current BetterSleep subscription's expiration date by 1-year; instead, it will activate a new subscription starting today, which will expire 1-year from today.

Can I use the discount deal to buy a gift for someone?

While these black friday discount codes do not apply to gift cards, do send us a message and ask us about our current offers.

I've just purchased this promotion but my app is still locked.

Please ensure that you are signed in to the BetterSleep app using the same credentials used to purchase the BetterSleep subscription. To sign in to the BetterSleep app, tap the 'Profile' button in the bottom right corner of the home screen, and select 'Settings' in the upper right corner. Select “Sleeper” and then choose "Log in" at the bottom of the page.
