Falling asleep has never been easier! An app dedicated entirely to the science of sleep and the best practices to sleep soundly and without interruptions. Find a vast library of sleep meditations, nature sounds, white noise, and relaxing melodies specially selected to help you fall asleep quicker.
We'll briefly show you our app and what it's about, so you get a glimpse of all you can do to make your own journey to find a better sleep!
Create your melody with our ever-increasing library of sounds, and find your perfect soothing ambiance to accompany your nights! You can also select brainwave frequencies to help your brain enter specific states, like when you're relaxed. Play up to 11 sounds plus a meditation and easily save them to your Favorites list thanks to the Add Favorite button! Clear will stop all sounds currently playing, so you can create a fresh new mix. The Volume button will show you the current volume of the app; you can also choose to play the sounds on other devices like Bluetooth speakers via the AirPlay button next to the volume slider.
In here, you'll find all the guided meditation programs and single sessions our app offers to help you get the most out of your sleep and to make it as restful as can be! We split meditations into 2 types: Programs and Singles. Programs follow a specific order to get the best experience possible. This means you'll need to complete day 1 to unlock day 2, and so on. You can listen to Singles whenever you want, as they are separate from programs.
You'll find all your favorite mixes, and also see what are the favorite melodies of our community in this page! You can play them from there, and you can join our community by submitting your own melody.
Simply tap the "..." icon on your favorite, and submit it to us. We'll check your Melody and release it, so our community can enjoy your creations as well!
You can set an Alarm to play your melody when you wake up, set timers to stop sounds at a certain time during your sleep.
You can also set a bedtime reminder. Simply set a time, and our widget will notify you when it's time to sleep. You can even program it for certain days of the week only!
Last but not least, you can also use our app as a nightstand. Take your pick from our clock designs, and adjust the brightness of the screen simply by flicking your finger up or down.

You can also fine-tune your Relax Melodies experience in the settings of the app. Use Apple Health to track down your mindfulness minutes, mix by shaking your device and even use the control center as a remote for the app!
